Australia had the highest average peak mobile connection speeds in the world at 153.3 Mbps (peak at 8Mbps)
— Matthew Wu (@matthewwu) March 23, 2016
73% of connections were > 4Mbps, 20% > 10Mbps, and most importantly, 8.2% > 15Mbps which is the minimum for 4K Netflix streaming.

With the exception of Australia, which saw a qtrly decline of 6.3%, APAC countries all posted gains in average peak speeds during Q4 2015.
